The embattled Nigeria's aviation minister, Stella Oduah was sighted in Jerusalem as part of President Goodluck Jonathan's delegation to Israel where the president and his 800-man delegation in currently on pilgrimage.
Oduah is currently embroiled in a scandal involving the fraudulent purchase of two BMW armored cars for $1.6 million using cash strapped agency in the aviation ministry.
President Jonathan has set up a "probe" panel to investigate the minister. She however continues to engage in official activities in Israel.
